

I am currently the Director of Graduate Studies in Philosophy and an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Louisiana State University (LSU). I hold a PhD in Philosophy from Stony Brook University. I have a Masters Degree in Philosophy from The New School for Social Research and a Bachelors of Arts, also in Philosophy, from Earlham College. My area of specialization is the intersection of Social and Political Philosophy, Critical Phenomenology of Race, Gender, and Embodiment, Disability and Care Ethics, Philosophical Psychology, and Carceral & Abolitional Theory. My research and philosophical inquiry is rooted in 20th Century Continental Philosophy. Learn more about my life outside of philosophy here.
